Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental / guardian consent where required) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. An order becomes definitive once payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

You must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy before paying. Please read them carefully, especially the refund rules for event tickets.

Tickets and Merchandise

Our shop may include event tickets (digital tickets sent after purchase) and merchandise or other products (pickup or shipping depending on the product). Different fulfilment and refund rules apply — see below.

Delivery and Access

Event tickets

Tickets are delivered digitally. After successful payment you receive a confirmation email with your ticket / entry proof. Present it (and valid ID if requested by staff) at the entrance. Keep your email and order number. Duplicated or shared tickets may be refused once used.

Merchandise and other products

Unless a product is marked for shipping, items are for pickup as indicated at checkout or on the product page. You will receive order details by email. Please bring valid identification when collecting items if asked.

Refunds, Cancellation and Postponement

1. No right of withdrawal for tickets

Under Belgian and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance (including the reservation of event tickets). By completing payment, you acknowledge that the purchase of an event ticket is definitive and that you have no statutory withdrawal right for that ticket.

2. Personal reasons — tickets are non-refundable

Event tickets are not refundable and not exchangeable for personal reasons, including (without limitation) change of mind, inability to attend, travel issues, illness (unless we announce a specific exception), or arrival after a time-limited entry window stated on the ticket. A no-show does not give rise to a refund.

3. If we cancel the event (not force majeure)

If we cancel the event and it does not take place for reasons other than force majeure, we will reimburse the ticket price paid for that event to the person or company that placed the order, using the original payment method where possible. Any separate service or administration fee (if charged) is excluded from that reimbursement. We will communicate as clearly and early as we can.

4. If we postpone the event

If we postpone the event to a new date for reasons other than force majeure, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within the deadline we communicate — we will offer a refund of the ticket price paid (same rules as section 3). If the postponement results from force majeure, section 6 applies.

5. Weather and programme changes

Outdoor events may move to covered or indoor areas, or adjust the programme, for safety or operational reasons. If the event still takes place (including indoors / covered), tickets remain valid and no refund is due for weather alone or for lineup / schedule changes.

6. Force majeure

Force majeure means any circumstance beyond our control which prevents us, even temporarily, from wholly or partially fulfilling our obligations (for example certain official bans, disasters, or other events outside our control). In such a case we are not obliged to run the event as planned, depending on the situation.

There will be no reimbursement or compensation in the event of force majeure unless with the express agreement of both parties. Any voluntary gesture (refund, credit, or postponed validity) remains exceptional, requires our express agreement, and does not create a right for other purchasers.

7. Payment errors and goodwill

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or never received your ticket after a successful payment, contact us promptly with your order number and email. We will correct proven payment or delivery errors.

Separately, if the entry fee is a genuine barrier for you, you may contact us before purchase — we try to find a human solution where we can. That goodwill channel is not a right to a refund after a completed paid ticket purchase.

8. Merchandise and other non-ticket products

For merchandise and non-ticket products, returns are limited because of the nature of event / limited sales. Refund or exchange requests may be considered case by case before the relevant event or within a short window after delivery/pickup if the item is faulty. Contact info@piknikelektronik.com or use the contact form.

Event Attendance

A ticket grants access according to the conditions indicated on the ticket / product page and the house rules on site. Staff decisions at the entrance (safety, capacity, invalid or already used tickets) are binding. Resale of tickets outside official channels is discouraged; we may refuse tickets reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse.

Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
